Happy annual fiesta to Minglanilla, Cebu - August 22, 2014. Minglanilla will celebrate the annual fiesta of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish every August 22. Several activities and events were held during the celebration. There are celebrities that are expected to come and join the celebration.
